Providing an understanding environment and genuinely caring for the people attached to the teeth provides the best opportunity for a healthy mouth. I like to take time to explain and educate around an individual’s specific concerns so we can find the right solution together and provide treatment in a calm and comfortable manner.” – Dr Richard Newton

They are looking to build relationships with their patients and treat your family as it grows. Bayside Smiles prefer a holistic approach while offering the same care to you and your family that they would theirs.
The Bayside smiles team consists of Mike, Magda, Erika and Magdalena. You can visit our “about our staff” page here to learn more about our staff members and the qualifications.
At Bayside Smiles, your comfort is our first priority. We dedicate time to keeping up to date with the latest research, we are members of a number of professional bodies and we have a number of options available to improve your comfort during our procedures.
During your treatment you will be provided with safety glasses, a protective bib will protect your clothes, and if you’re a bit anxious about your time in the chair we can offer you catch up time of your favourite DVD or movie via our ceiling monitor, noise cancelling headphones or today’s newspaper.
Digital x-rays and our intra-oral cameras offer us prompt, accurate views of what’s going on in your or your child’s mouth. This allows us to provide you with a treatment that matches your needs and budget paired with a conservative, minimally invasive treatment.
We realise sometimes life gets in the way, so we try to make it as easy as possible for you to make an appointment. We have bookings available from 8 am till 7 pm weekdays, along with Saturday morning appointments. Immediate health fund rebates with HICAPS, and for our existing patients we offer an after-hours emergency on-call service.
We want our clients as informed as possible before making any decisions regarding their treatment. In order to ensure this, we offer a comprehensive range of treatment options, photos of your teeth so you can follow our diagnosis, information sheets as well as explanations of your treatment.
To help you make the switch and assure you that Bayside Smiles is the choice for you, we offer and encourage you to take a tour of our sterilisation facility to see just how seriously we take your health and safety.
